Processing Time:     All garters are hand-crafted when the order is placed.  Most orders can be processed within 3-5 business days; however, if we anticipate a longer processing time due to high volume you will be notified upon receipt of order.  If you must have same day order processing and shipping a Rush Fee of $25.00 will be added.

Shipping Options:     We weigh all of our packages and choose the quickest delivery time for the least amount of money.  Standard shipping from all carriers indicate 2-5 business days.  If you have a shipping carrier preference, please state at time of order.

Returns & Replacements
Your order will be checked for accuracy and quality before shipping.  However, errors can occur and we will correct any error on our part if we are contacted within 3 business days of receiving the order.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We accept MasterCard, Visa and Discover cards.  Your credit card information will not be needed to complete your online order.  We will call upon receipt of the order for the preferred credit card.  The card will not be charged until the order is ready to ship.
